Terms of service
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the NoRelocation website and services. By creating an account or buying a service, you agree to them. They are governed by Dutch law.
1. Who we are
NoRelocation provides relocation and rental services for people moving to the Netherlands and for landlords letting to them. Contact: luca@norelocation.com.
2. The services
- Rental dossier: a digital platform account. Build one verified dossier, share it, and use the member tools. Lifetime access, no subscription.
- House search: a done-for-you search. The fee is one month’s rent (excluding VAT) and is only payable once you sign a lease. No placement, no fee.
- Rental management for landlords: tenant sourcing, screening, and tenancy support, priced per building under a separate agreement. Tenants are never charged for it.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login secure and your dossier accurate. You are responsible for the documents and information you upload and for ensuring you may share them.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you buy. Payment is handled by our payment processor. VAT is applied where it is due and shown on your invoice. House search fees fall due when you sign a lease.
5. Refunds
The dossier is a one-time purchase that unlocks digital content immediately. At checkout you expressly ask for that immediate access and acknowledge that, once it begins, you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers normally have on distance purchases. From that point the purchase is final and non-refundable. If access was never provided, email luca@norelocation.com and we will put it right.
House search is no cure, no pay: you only pay once you sign a lease, so there is nothing to refund.
6. What we promise, and what we do not
We are not a letting agent or a landlord. We help you prepare, find, and secure a home, but the lease is always between you and the landlord.
- House search: we work hard to place you, but we cannot guarantee a specific apartment or timeline. Our track record is not a promise of your result.
- Landlord guarantees: where a landlord enters a full building partnership, the occupancy and time-to-fill commitments (including 100% occupancy and filling a unit within seven days) apply on the terms, conditions, and remedies set out in that signed partnership agreement. They assume the unit is available, ready, and approved for letting, and that the landlord acts on candidates we present without undue delay.
7. Your dossier and content
You own your data. By using the platform you give us permission to store and process it to run the service, and to share it with the recipients you choose through a sharing link. You confirm the information you provide is true and that you are entitled to share it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no false information, no uploading data you have no right to share, no attempts to break security or scrape the service, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Third parties
Agents, landlords, and partners you connect with set their own terms. We are not responsible for their decisions, conduct, or the properties they offer. Links to third-party services are outside our control.
10. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. Your dossier account is lifetime and does not auto-renew. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes affecting a purchase you already made will not apply retroactively without your agreement.
13. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory protection you have as a consumer in your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
